ProMed Staffing Resources, one of New York’s top healthcare staffing firms, is looking for a new director of nursing recruitment! This candidate will manage and build our team of recruiters to meet our aggressive business goals; we have contracts with all of the acute care facilities in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual with clinical and agency staffing experience to manage a team of recruiters as well as client accounts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to work well under pressure, be results oriented and have superior multitasking skills. Leading by example is key as well as understanding the market dynamics and social media.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Agency experience
- Preferred healthcare recruitment experience.
- Nurse staffing both with local and travel nursing experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and exceed goals
