Her comprehensive knowledge of diversified healthcare workforce solutions and staffing services from both clients’ and candidates’ perspectives has generated an annual sales growth of 10-15% and achieved a consistent placement ratio of 95%. Her experience in sales and business development has also helped the company expand its offerings to include customized staffing solutions – an important driving force behind the company’s strategic and operational success.

Yossi Tyberg serves as the Vice President of Long-Term Care Operations at ProMed Staffing Resources, where he is committed to improving and advancing long-term care services for his clients and candidates. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, he works diligently to ensure ProMed’s continued excellence in staffing, management, and customer service, attending healthcare conferences and conventions to stay updated on current industry trends and best practices.

Vice President, Midwest Division
Loren brings over a decade of healthcare staffing experience to his role as Vice President of ProMed Staffing Resources’ Midwest Division. As the Founder and former CEO of Rock Medical Group, Loren led the company’s transformation from a regional startup into a nationally respected firm known for its reliability and people-first approach. Following ProMed’s acquisition of Rock Medical Group in 2025, Loren stepped into his current leadership role, where he continues to champion growth, operational excellence, and meaningful partnerships across the Midwest.
With a background that includes key roles at Titan Medical Group, Genesis Medical Staffing, and Sharp Medical Solutions, Loren has a deep understanding of the staffing landscape from recruiting and client relations to strategic expansion. His passion for building strong relationships and delivering consistent results continues to shape the way ProMed supports healthcare communities nationwide.
Director of Recruitment, Long Term Care Division
Henry Landeau is an accomplished recruiter with a flair for evaluating and pinpointing the best talent in the healthcare industry. His screening process is very distinct and rigorous, and he doesn’t settle for anything less than the best. He works hand in hand with his Healthcare Specialists, who are experts in the art of matching registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) with the perfect long-term care facility.
Henry’s commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation as one of the top recruiter managers in his field. He takes great pride in knowing that he has helped countless healthcare professionals find their dream jobs, and he looks forward to continuing to make a difference in the lives of those he meets.

Director, Marketing & Communications
Georges Chahwan is a multilingual marketing specialist and experienced strategist with established record of building brands, product promotion, increased ROI, and developing talent. At ProMed, he is responsible for the marketing, communication, and business development efforts of the firm. In addition to strategic business development efforts, he directs media relations, social media, branding, advertising, and website development. He also manages and oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, and more.
In 2022, Georges led ProMed Staffing Resources in rebranding its logo and redesigning its website – an effort that has given ProMed Staffing Resources a refreshed, digital-proof look that has placed it on the forefront of the healthcare staffing industry. Prior to ProMed Staffing Resources, Georges’ experience includes stints at healthcare startups and agencies, where he has honed his skills in digital marketing, SEO, and product marketing.
A polyglot who has lived and worked in Lebanon, France, and Switzerland, Georges brings an international perspective to his day-to-day work which benefits both clients and candidates alike. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, and cooking as well as performing and visual arts.
Director of Operations, Midwest Division
Trey brings a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry to his role as Director of Operations for our Midwest Division. He began his career as a recruiter, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and helping them find roles that truly fit their goals and lifestyle. Over time, Trey expanded his focus to vendor management, where he’s played a key role in strengthening partnerships and opening doors to new opportunities across the country. His combined experience in recruiting and strategic operations has been instrumental in growing ProMed’s presence within the travel healthcare space.
Outside of work, Trey enjoys spending time with his wife and their three dogs. Whether he’s grilling for friends and family, out in the yard, on a walk, or teeing off on the golf course, Trey brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his personal life that he brings to our team.
Senior Compliance Specialist
Victoria Jimenez joined ProMed Staffing Resources in 2022 and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her role as Senior Compliance Specialist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New Jersey City University, which informs her empathetic and people-centered style of communication. Known for her professionalism and care, Victoria ensures that every compliance interaction is handled with integrity and precision.

Christina Kosiba brings over four years of experience in the dynamic world of medical staffing, where she thrives in fast-paced environments that demand precision, adaptability, and strategic problem-solving. As a Senior Compliance Specialist at ProMed Staffing Resources, Christina plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence and regulatory alignment across our healthcare talent network.

Gary Salazar is the Director of Recruitment – Acute Care Division at ProMed Staffing Resources. In this role, Gary has demonstrated exemplary leadership, having achieved outstanding results in developing and strengthening relationships with multiple prominent clients, securing high profitability in sales, and maintaining a consistently impressive candidate retention rate.

Senior Account Manager
In her position, Maria leads full-cycle healthcare recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients, including hospitals, clinics, and home health programs, overseeing both temporary and permanent placements. She manages multi-state recruitment initiatives, specializing in Registered Nurse staffing for home health assessments, while ensuring strict compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations. Known for her strategic sourcing approach and data-driven process improvements, Maria consistently enhances candidate experience, reduces time-to-fill, and builds durable client partnerships.
Prior to joining ProMed Staffing Resources, Maria held senior recruitment and account-focused roles at RCM Healthcare Services and Five Star Nursing, where she supervised recruiting teams, led recruitment marketing initiatives, managed full-desk staffing operations, and partnered closely with leadership to forecast workforce needs and optimize hiring performance.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys sewing and exploring new cuisines—creative pursuits that reflect her attention to detail and curiosity.
Sourcer, Long-Term Care Division
Bria has been a valued member of the ProMed Staffing Resources team for over two years, supporting our Long-Term Care division with precision and dedication. She specializes in sourcing and engaging top-tier healthcare professionals, helping facilities find the right talent to deliver exceptional care. With prior experience in both financial and education recruitment, Bria brings a well-rounded perspective and a sharp eye for identifying candidates who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Outside of work, Bria enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, staying active with barre classes, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling to explore new cultures and cuisines. Director of Payroll
Tzvi Hertzberg is the Director of Payroll at ProMed Staffing Resources, where he has been employed for the past three years. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day payroll and billing operations. He is a highly dedicated individual who works hard to ensure that ProMed Staffing Resources’ payroll and billing operations are accurate and efficient.
Tzvi holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Touro University and has an extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Prior to his role at ProMed Staffing Resources, he was a Financial Coordinator doing billing and accounts receivable at a Homecare Agency.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Tzvi enjoys reading and nature photography in his free time.

Israel Jacobson is a highly accomplished professional serving as Controller of ProMed Staffing Resources. With a distinguished career at Zakon Financial Group, Brooklyn, Israel brings an abundance of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Known for his acute analytical acumen and dogged work ethic, he has also earned respect for his superior interpersonal abilities enabling him to foster meaningful relationships with employers, clients, and colleagues alike.
As Controller of ProMed Staffing Resources, Israel supervises daily operations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and leverages his extensive knowledge of the finance and accounting sector to ensure that the organization meets its financial objectives responsibly and efficiently.
