Yossi Tyberg serves as the Vice President of Long-Term Care Operations at ProMed Staffing Resources, where he is committed to improving and advancing long-term care services for his clients and candidates. Gary Salazar is the Director of Recruitment – Acute Care Division at ProMed Staffing Resources. In this role, Gary has demonstrated exemplary leadership, having achieved outstanding results in developing and strengthening relationships with multiple prominent clients, securing high profitability in sales ($400K per week), and maintaining a consistently impressive candidate retention rate.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys going to gym to maintain an active lifestyle as well as indulging in fashion trends to stay up to date on the latest styles.
Director of Recruitment
With four years at Promed Staffing Resources under her belt and 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, Jacquelynn Mack is a seasoned director of recruiting with an eye for detail, prompt and efficient communication skills, and a warm personality. She takes a people-focused approach to her work, ensuring that RN, LPN, PCT, CNA, and CST candidates are matched with the most reputable hospitals and clinics across New York and the surrounding areas.
Collaboration is key for Mack, whether she’s working with her team or meeting new candidates. She believes that by working together, they can provide the best possible experience for everyone involved.
Mack is a graduate of York College with a BS degree. When she isn’t working, some of her hobbies include reading various genres of books in addition to spending a quality time with her Western Highland Terrier Dexter.

Henry Landeau is an accomplished recruiter with a flair for evaluating and pinpointing the best talent in the healthcare industry. His screening process is very distinct and rigorous, and he doesn’t settle for anything less than the best. He works hand in hand with his Healthcare Specialists, who are experts in the art of matching registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) with the perfect long-term care facility.

Get to know Jessica Lynn Swanson, Director of Recruitment at ProMed Staffing Resources. Jessica is an energetic, detail-oriented recruitment manager with ten years of full cycle recruitment experience in the technology and healthcare verticals. She is also well versed in sales operations, strategic planning, and training and development.
In her current role, Jessica oversees strategy for the Administrative and Allied Divisions, including training and developing recruiters, building client relationships, and implementing standardized processes. She believes in empowering allied health professionals and administrative candidates to chase their career goals by leveraging her extensive experience to build powerful relationships built on support. But above all, Jessica wants every candidate to have the best experience with ProMed Staffing Resources and to love the assignments they take.
Jessica holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and Operations from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. And when she’s not working hard, you can find Jessica enjoying yoga, traveling, cooking, reading, meditating, and playing tennis.

Associate Director of Recruitment
Hemeden Haile is the Associate Director of Recruitment at ProMed Staffing Resources. Hemeden has been working with ProMed since 2021, starting as a Recruiter and then progressing to Senior Recruiter before taking on her current role.
In her current position, Hemeden takes a holistic approach to recruitment that puts a premium on customer service and individualized attention. She consistently strives to exceed industry standards for matching job seekers with the best available positions. Along with her dedication to providing an exceptional recruitment experience, she has been praised for her ability to nurture relationships that result in long-term success for both customers and employers.
Prior to joining ProMed Staffing Resources, Hemeden worked as Talent Acquisition Recruiter at SHG Temp Staffing. She holds a double major from the University of Kentucky in International Relations and Political Science.
Hemeden’s interests outside of work include travel and yoga, activities which inspire her personal growth and professional development.
Georges Chahwan is a multilingual marketing specialist and experienced strategist with established record of building brands, product promotion, increased ROI, and developing talent. At ProMed, he is responsible for the marketing, communication, and business development efforts of the firm. In addition to strategic business development efforts, he directs media relations, social media, branding, advertising, and website development. He also manages and oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, and more.
In 2022, Georges led ProMed Staffing Resources in rebranding its logo and redesigning its website – an effort that has given ProMed Staffing Resources a refreshed, digital-proof look that has placed it on the forefront of the healthcare staffing industry. Prior to ProMed Staffing Resources, Georges’ experience includes stints at healthcare startups and agencies, where he has honed his skills in digital marketing, SEO, and product marketing.
A polyglot who has lived and worked in Lebanon, France, and Switzerland, Georges brings an international perspective to his day-to-day work which benefits both clients and candidates alike. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, and cooking as well as performing and visual arts.
Director of Payroll
Tzvi Hertzberg is the Director of Payroll at ProMed Staffing Resources, where he has been employed for the past three years. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day payroll and billing operations. He is a highly dedicated individual who works hard to ensure that ProMed Staffing Resources’ payroll and billing operations are accurate and efficient.
Tzvi holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Touro University and has an extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Prior to his role at ProMed Staffing Resources, he was a Financial Coordinator doing billing and accounts receivable at a Homecare Agency.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Tzvi enjoys reading and nature photography in his free time.
Israel Jacobson is a highly accomplished professional serving as Controller of ProMed Staffing Resources. With a distinguished career at Zakon Financial Group, Brooklyn, Israel brings an abundance of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Known for his acute analytical acumen and dogged work ethic, he has also earned respect for his superior interpersonal abilities enabling him to foster meaningful relationships with employers, clients, and colleagues alike.
As Controller of ProMed Staffing Resources, Israel supervises daily operations while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and leverages his extensive knowledge of the finance and accounting sector to ensure that the organization meets its financial objectives responsibly and efficiently.
