• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably from an agency background
• The ability to educate and engage passive candidates about opportunities with our clients
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Social media savvy and experience recruiting within the healthcare industry is beneficial.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, driven individual with clinical and agency staffing experience. He or she must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to work well under pressure, be results oriented and have superior multitasking skills. Leading by example is key as well as understanding the market dynamics as well as social media. Please have the following qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- Agency experience
- Preferred healthcare recruitment experience.
- Nurse staffing both with local and travel nursing experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and exceed goals
