Responsibilities Include:
- Heavy calling activities (Internal database, Text Messaging, cold calling, seeking referrals)
- Screening Resumes and profile submissions
- Interviewing Applicants
- Quoting Pay Packages
- Referring well-qualified applicants to Account Managers
- Maintaining a strong social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- Recruiting and/or staffing agency experience (Preferred)
- Experience working with a Supplemental staffing model (Preferred)
- Must have the ability to close! Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed!
- Upbeat personality and the ability to multi-task a must!
