Loren brings over a decade of healthcare staffing experience to his role as Vice President of ProMed Staffing Resources’ Midwest Division. As the Founder and former CEO of Rock Medical Group, Loren led the company’s transformation from a regional startup into a nationally respected firm known for its reliability and people-first approach. Following ProMed’s acquisition of Rock Medical Group in 2025, Loren stepped into his current leadership role, where he continues to champion growth, operational excellence, and meaningful partnerships across the Midwest.

With a background that includes key roles at Titan Medical Group, Genesis Medical Staffing, and Sharp Medical Solutions, Loren has a deep understanding of the staffing landscape from recruiting and client relations to strategic expansion.
